I Have a mortgage for around 335,000 and I took a home equity line out for 35,000. I was thinking of doing a refinance and getting out of the adjustable arm I have and locking into a 30 year fixed. But then I was wondering. When I do this my payments will jump to around $2000 a month if not more, so why don’t I just pay the extra $600 a month now to the mortgage I already have and pay it down?

WHY ARE FIRST DIRECT ADVERTISING FREE BANKING WHEN IN FEBRUARY THE BANK WILL CHARGE £10 PER MONTH IF AN ACCOUNT IS BELOW £1500??? IT TAKES AWAY THE DONATIONS TO CHARITIES AS CUSTOMERS WHO STAY WILL CANCEL TO COMPENSATE THE CHARGE!!
IS FIRST DIRECT SO INCOMPETENT THAT THEY ARE UNABLE TO MAKE SAVINGS TO REDUCE THE SO CALLED COSTS..AFTER ALL THEY USE OUR MONEY TO MAKE PROFITS!!!

I work in a small office of 6 people. We have one receptionist who is responsible for phones, filing, signing for deliveries, occasional walk-in sales, and permitting. She has also taken it upon herself to also be the computer tech department in place of the office manager who was doing it. She does not dress according to company dress code. Wears t-shirts, jeans, sneaker, no makeup, no jewelry. Company dress code is jacket, blouse, skirt/slacks, closed toe shoe. She is very fat...about 400 pounds.
At lunch time everyone leaves for lunch, but not at the same time. The thing is she leaves for lunch leaving the phones unattended, noone to cover deliveries or walk-in sales. The walk-in sales usually take place during lunch and she is the only one authorized to handle them. I get complaints occasionally from walk-in customers that there was no one in the office who could help them. Despite all this everyone in the office loves her, including the corporate office. This is my first job, i work at target, been working since the summer, im still in college,
i have no idea why we have to do the w2 form, do i have to do it since im receiving financial aid money?
and my fafsa correction update is coming up in january.
I plan to give my 2 weeks notice this monday,
how would i go about getting a w2 form?
and who do i give it to after i complete it?

I want to start selling Avon but I would like t know of any other options I could look into before i jump into Avon. Has there been a particular company that you have had good experiences selling? i have been told a few different things. i had a baby in 2005 but her dad claimed her last year. this year i will be claiming her plus my other two children. all the tax book just tell youthe earned income for up to two children. has anyone ever prepared taxes and know if i would be better off letting her father claim her again this year or should i calim her. thanks

So I just rented my condo to a lady with a 16 year old. She did not have great credit but she met the income guideline when her court mandated child support was included. Her reference was fine but probally was a friend, who knows. (out of state) So, I signed a year lease with her and her 1st months rent and security did not even clear the bank. They both bounced, I talked to her and she said I could deposit one and the other a week later. Well, I redeposited one and it bounced. So she has not paid me a dime. So, how do I evict her? Can I call her up now and give her a warning, that I am going to start the process?

A mutualfund is under an AMC ( Asset Manangement Company ). But it is under the control of Trustees. Why Trustees are needed? Aren't there any President / CEO for AMC to control it. Why are the people called as Trustees?

I'm making 10 an hour.

What should I do to make more money? Is there a way to get more? 10 an hour for a level 1 or 2 tech is not alot at all. kind of sucks :(
