Someone you met at your place of work and became friends, then good friends, then asked each-other on outings, and have gotten to this level of "Employee Engagement"
My other meaning would be any and all actions between one or more employees other than yourself that could be is some way recorded, recalled, or remembered, what I am saying is...
If you and I were working together and I said "Hi" to you that would be "Employee Engagement".
