This question is very confusing. But in the US, you don't have to pay taxes on money made abroad unless you are a US citizen then you are supposed to report it, especially if the money is flowing back into the United States.

I'm not quite sure what you are actually asking. However, it is possible for a UK national to work abroad and have his/her salary paid into an 'offshore' account. No tax is paid, other than tax in the country where the individual is working (and sometimes that is very minimal due to special arrangements that, particularly, multinationals have with 3rd world countries) A UK national is not liable to pay UK tax unless he/she is in the country for more than 6 months in any one fiscal year. If you live and work in the UK, whether or not you are a national, for more than 6 months in the fiscal year you are liable to pay UK income tax and national insurance contributions. You cannot have your salary paid into an offshore tax haven to avoid this liability. Guernsey and the Isle of Man both have beneficial arrangements for money and are known as tax havens.
