I was denied unemployment because they told me that i quit my job in june.
i left the country in june and came back in november of 2006. i applyed for unemployment and they told me that i was not going to get it because i quit.
does any one know how i can get my benefits till i find a job.
i have been applying but no luck yet.
any advice would be helpful

I would like to know what you folks would do in my situation. My husband and I are not doing well money wise. We are both out of work and I'm currently looking for a job. Anyway, I saw in the paper today that there is a position at the company that I used to work for. The problem is that they have hired two different times to work there before. Both times I quit I gave them plenty of notice that I was leaving. The other problem that I'm having is its not going to pay me half of what I need to live on, but it is a job. I was thinking about just doing that job if they hire me as a temperary thing until they find someone to fill the postion. What to you think?

I have 18 experience working with reptiles (including snakes and alligators), public speaking, and working with children. I have permits from the state of Florida to possess and display alligators for educational purposes. I worked on a nature tour boat for nearly two years (until it sold last month and the boat moved across the state.), and have experience handling money and making change. I would be willing to relocate for the right company, but would prefer to stay in the central Florida area.

If anyone can help me, I would greatly appreciate it.

My husband and I defaulted on a payday loan and now the company called us and told us that it was bank fraud. does anyone know if they are just throwing out "big words" at me or are they serious. How can it be bank fraud..... I thought first they had to try and collect the debt and maybe garnish wages, ect.
