I am doing an essay for college. I need pros and cons for this type of advertising. What about things like pharmacutical products, fast food places? Or how about the "Smiling Bob" ads? It seems any product or service advertised can become a controversy. Any input on subject would be helpful.

We were one of several sites that were dropped without notice. Our site was www.henrycountyal.org. Does Yahoo or Google have webmasters that can access what we already had and get us back on track. We have billboards on Hwy 431 in Alabama advertising the website to make people more aware of opportunities within our county.

Is it really possible that a company promise 3 times the amount you invest? The company appears trustworthy. They are offering this offer to the general pulbic for funding. You invest 10k and get back at least 1k every month for 30mths.
Possible???

if grad students are workers, they should be paid as workers are. if they are not, they should not be paid a single dime. since grad school usually lasts 5-6 yrs beyond a 4 yr undergrad, there is no way grad students can manage without pay. as such, the institution of grad school should be pretty much done away with; in about 20 years time, that would mean no univeristies/no professors. do you agree with this?

I found a home in a very good neighbrhood where I live. However it is a rent to own 3bdrm, 2 ba, family room ,attached garage, nice fencened in yard. However as a single parent this is a bit on the steep side for me. Financially do you think I can afford it. I make 11.38 an hour working full time, I have a second job through a agency which pays 13-14.50 an hr I average about 32 hrs, I have two cars that I own (93, 98). I am currently a senior in college with a graduation date of 12/07 so income will increase shortly. currnetly I rent and pay 775. The downside is have three kids 9,8,2 I recieve child supp off and on, I don't have the best credit, and I recieve food stamps, have no savings. While looking at the brights side, I just want my kids to have better opportunities in life living in a decent neighborhood, exposure to good school, and a home to call their own. I am free to leave the agreement, but will lv w/o anything if I break the lease.

We contacted the agent and they stated that they didn't know what we were talking about. the house was removed from the web site. It is now listed again as of dec 1 as for sale. Is this legal? I am going for my final interview for an administration position at my local council next week. I am quite confident that I will get the position because there are a number of positions available. However, the starting date is in Mid January, and I have been told that I will need to go through their training programme for the first 4 weeks.

The problem I have is that I have already booked a 3 week holiday from the last week of February to the first 2 weeks of March next year. So when I go for my final stage interview next week, which of the following would you recommend that I do:

1. Do not mention anything about my holiday until perhaps the beginning of February.
2. Do not mention my holiday, and if I do get the job, then cancel my holiday since it seems to be too close to the end of my training period, and go on holiday some time later next year.
3. Mention my holiday at the interview and perhaps face the risk of being rejected, since it is too close to my start date.
