Nigeria is where most of these scammers come from. It's not really from pay pal. Forget him, or figure out a way to report him. It's a scam for sure.

Yeah it's a con. Continue selling through ebay and it might be worthwhile to add a disclaimer at the end of each description of any item you sell saying that you will sell only through ebay, and NEVER privately. This will save them getting in touch with you to ask, hopefully. Report this to ebay too.

Ebay strongly advises against making any arrangement to buy/sell anything independantly from it. I agree with everyone else, its a con and don't fall for it.

Plus I doubt its hard to mock up an email that will tell you he's paid. It's all too wiffy....

Have ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to do with this guy or Nigeria. There has been a recent spate of cons over the internet from Nigeria and some people have become BANKRUPT through them.

Sounds dodgy - wouldn't touch the sale with a barge pole. Sorry but be careful it doesn't sound good... Mind you, if he's paid BEFORE you send the item surely you would then have his money? If you double check it's in your PayPal account...

it will be because your were so eye-catching in his eyes lol. Ask him has this got here about previously like even as he masturbates. He ought to have untimely ejaculation meaning a susceptible pc muscle. next time he is going pee tell him to stop the bypass of urine mid bypass and if he can not carry it lengthy he has a susceptible pc. the computer muscle stops the bypass of urine. He can bypass on the information superhighway and have a glance at out kegel workouts which truly enables the computer muscle out. even as the computer muscle is sweet next time he hits the point of no go back he can flex his pc and function distinct orgasms. there are a kind of activities yet it is the perfect technique.

That is definately a scam I wouldn't send the phone leave it on ebay and report the man to ebay. Even if he isn't registered at least they can warm others and be aware of fraud. If it sounds to good to be true then chances are it is fraud!!!

This is a known scam - avoid avoid avoid.

So well known in fact that a warning made it's way to our local paper.

I would advise pay pal as well by the way as he is apparently using their name fraudulently also.
