Do you have closing documents? Do you have a mortgage? Talk to the Bank first, then your insurance company.....did they do a proper legal title search before you closed? Have someone (a friend) respond to the ad and act as an interested buyer...It's probably just a mistake of some sort however, if it appears that they want to sell your house, you better find a lawyer ASAP.

First, call the title company that closed your loan and get a copy of your title policy, ask about a copy of your warranty deed/mortgage deed. Typically, the originals are sent back to the borrowers after it has been recorded by the county recorder. But I would recommend at least a copy! Title company should be able to go online and download a copy....THAT'S IF, they have sent it for recording....(depending on your state)
This is just so you have legal documents in your posession for when you make any calls to any one you have all the proper documentation.
Having it listed on a website will not affect you as much as if were listed on MLS. However, as some of them mentioned, it might just be a matter of updating information on the realtor's part!

It is mostly likely a mistake with IDX information(possibly not marked as sold in the MLS) or a program on the website that handles the IDX download(Program not deleting sold listings from database). If the website is not dynamic, it is most likely a case of the webmaster not updating since your house sold. Either case it is unprofessional, but a kind phone call should take care of it.
If it doesn't take care of the problem or they give you grief, it is illegal. A listing agreement ends upon execution of a contract, therefore, they no longer have a right to advertise the property.

The realtor has left your home listed for sale on purpose. They do this so people, ie potential clients, will call inquiring about your property, then they will advise them it is no longer on the market and try to interest them in their other properties or try to become their agent. Sites like realtor.com are updated daily, so there is no "lag time." I guarantee the listing is no longer in the MLS system (exclusive to realtors/real estate professionals). It has nothing to do with the Deed or City/County recording. Just the Realtor trying to get more clients.

Just as it takes awhile to get information on the net and searchable to the search engines it takes awhile for the search engines to realize it is gone. The agent may have also paid a service for a set time. Unless you have buyers agents showing up at the door I would not worry about it.

If it's advertised on their company web site or realtor.com, it's probably a matter of the information not getting throught to web masters or something. I wouldn't worry too much.
