Sorry to burst your bubble, but most of these home base jobs are a scam, and the ones which are legit, you are working for practically nothing.

This is a good business to get into - my wife is also going to college currently, but still finds time to compete with me in flipping our properties.

Flipping houses is a great profession to be in. I currently flip houses for a living, and have had a blast making hundred's of thousands of dollars. The key is to do as much work as you can on your own.

Did you know that you can make $40,000 + on a house, and never even own it?

Take a look at my website - I just put it online last month -

Please realize that Flipping Houses is not a "Get Rich Quick" Scam!

Do as much research as possible before starting on your first flip -

As a lot of people have said, it is hard to find something legitimate. I own a coffee stand as well as specialize in a division of a product brokerage company that is portable- I can do it from home, wherever. Please let me know if you are still looking and want more info! savvyconcepts@comcast.net.

Thanks!
