i have interviews with clear channel lined up, i have heard some bad things. but they also seem to be very successful. it would be in sales/marketing. what do you think? anyone out there work in this position with them? hows the pay? possibility for advancement?

I'm thinking about getting into the field and felt that it was right for me because I enjoy helping people and very into the medical field. I also know that there is a shortage of nurses, so I figure I'll never be jobless (right?).
