Hi Reddy,
I am assuming that you are referring to the way one would address ones co-workers and superiors on a day-to-day basis in an organisation.
Withen an organisation you can refer to your co-workers by their first names and your for your superiors you could use either "sir" or "madam".
However the deciding factor on how you address your superiors will depend on the prevailing culture of the organisation.

First names for coworkers.
Sir or Ma'am for your superior. Sometimes superiors prefer last names too, like Mr. Sharma / Ms. Khanna etc. etc. depends on the work environment.

The people you work with are co-workers and your boss is your supervisor, manager, boss (depending on their position)
