Every morning, I awake at 4 A. M., go to work and am back home in bed by 6:30 A. M. What do you think I do? By the way. I've done this every day without missing a morning for the last 2 years and 10 months!

Such as when a creditor calls for you when you are not home...When they find out you are not home they ask for a spouse. They wont reveal information to anyone but you. I thought they could only give information to the person on the account. I am looking for a law or web page to refference.

FYI I dont need to hear from people who say I should pay my bills. I am doing research.

For going out to see to their car that is on fire? It happened today! And a few days ago this same company fired another person who went out to help the car repair guy get a new tire on her car which someone flattened. People who are seriously ill end up getting the can at this place just for being sick. Maybe I should look for a new job?

I have decided to start repairing my credit on my own. I have a few paid collections on my credit report. Do I contact the collection agency who reported the bill or exquifax to have these items removed from my credit report since they have been paid off 4 years ago? I am new to this so any info you can provide will be greatly appreciated.

confident about. Now, a couple of weeks into the project I am feeling like I don't understand it and I am afraid I am going to fail. Any suggestions for how to get motivated once you feel like you are not sure where to start? This is a technical project and I went to school for this, but sometimes there is a learning curve in a new situation. I think this is what I am facing. Any thoughts?

I work in a call center and take about twice as many calls per day as the next highest person. I don't hear anything negative from my boss, but I don't hear anything positive either. MY supervisor blows my weaknesses out of proportion without rewarding me for my strengths. Neither my boss nor my supervisor tries to include me in recent news or events (eg. bonus incentives, additional work loads, training new employees, handling calls from 'elite' agents) and just recently I observed a loud/flamboyant co-worker get promoted to the newly created position of 'senior cust. serv rep'. My co-worker thinks I'm jealous but the gist of my problem is directed toward my authority figures who deliberately seems to ignore me and leave me at my desk all day taking more calls than anyone else. Am I just being taken for granted or am I doing something wrong?

In august of 2002 or 03 I went to the E.R. I never recieved a bill from the hospital. I was on my grandparents insurance and we had assumed it was paid. I ran a credit report on myself and seen that i owed money to a NCO financial group. I called the numbers and they said I had 2 accounts with them for the same date as before. One for $174 and one for $160. The hospital said their bill was paid, but not the physician bill. When i called nco they first said i only had 1 account, now i have 2?! I talked to my insurance agency they said all that had to be done was for the claim to be filed again and they would take care of it. NCO now puts me on hold for 30 min and then i get disconnected when i ask them to do this. They have never called me or sent me anything. When i asked them my address they gave me the wrong one! Everytime i call them they give me another number to call and that person always sends me back to NCO. I have no clue what to do! Please help!
