but i dont have my social security yet

You can get an FEIN number instead, but if you're going to apply for a number anyways, unless you're an illegal alien why don't you get a social security number? That way, you can apply for financial aid, too.

You have a number, just apply for lost card. Your parents could not have deducted you on their taxes unless they got you a ss number. Ask them, maybe they have it put away.
