it depends how long you want to be a member and what kind of membership you want.I'm a sams club member and i know you have to be 18 years old and have an i.d to get one but i cont like there stuff because there really expensive but sometimes you get a good deal and they have good samples when the have them depending on what you like.

In Illinois it is $25 for the individual and $40 for a couple.

Close to 40 dollars. I have both Sams and Costco....trust me on this, Costco has better deals and better products. Costco's is like 50 dollars or something like that.

I just checked and the "advantage membership" - which is what we have - is $40 a year.
