How many exceptions are ideal for a w-2?

I will be filing as a head of household with one dependent my child. I bought a house that will be ready on march (being built) and i will be needing more money to make the payments. right now i put 0 exceptions. any help

Does anyone have any information on continental finance credit cards?

I recieved an offer from continental finance company for a credit card offer but they require me to send them to send 50.00 initial payment before activation i did'nt send it yet not sure if its real.Can anyone offer any information?

My current job pays me more $ per hour but I have an offer to be salary for more $ per year but with more opportunity.
I get $19.50 per hour now for 36k or I can take 45 for 45 hours a week..
I am still young 25.

When they put may we contact your current employer? Yes or No? I HAVE to mark no, otherwise if they call my current boss I won't have a job the next day, how do I explain that?

I don't have anything to hide (I swear!) it's just my boss!

Is there any way to reverse bad credit?

I stupidly signed a lease with my ex last year and moved out of our apartment 3 months later. He continued to live there and when he moved out he still owed them over $1000, now the apartments are sending me letters about how they have put this on my credit report and that they are going to press charges if they are not paid. Meanwhile I can't get in contact with my ex at all. Is this unfair or is it just me?

legal documents?

What kind of documents are needed for protection when you lease with option to buy or rent to own a house if you are the seller? Also I heard with the lease to own option part of what the renter pays goes toward the down payment when they purchase it? How does that work? Do you have to save that portion of the money back or do they just tell the loan company the asking price and the price thats already been paid? I'm trying to get clear in my mind just how these to options operate.....Thanks in advance for any answers you may have!

Breaking a lease?

I recently had to move into a one bedroom apartment with my daughter, due to certain circumstances. I found out the other day that I am pregnant, and need to really find a bigger place before the baby is born, but the lease won't be up. How do I do this without getting in trouble? being sued!?

I am going to answer a complaint and I understand it is 25% they can take for payments in New Jersey. I am head of my household. I live alone. everything I take care of. I work parttime 30 or less hours a week and I get paid every 2 weeks. I have no healthcare so I pay for doctors visits and prescriptions if I become ill. no sick or vacation time so, if I am ill I miss a days pay. will the attorneys for this creditor take this into consideration and an amount we both can afford be granted? what will happen in my case?

For pre-employment hair follicle drugscreens, is there a threshold the level must be over for a positive?

Say a person did something once in the past 90 days. Is that enough to show up on a hair drug screen, and if so does it have to be above a certain level to become positive and therefore deny employment? Thanks
