I think it's called the W-2, it's the form that has all of your earnings for the year.

I believe by law you have to receive them by Jan 31 of next year....so this year it will be 1-31-07

No. When you file, you must report all income for the year, whether or not you have a W-2. If you were an independent contract, then you do not need a W-2 to report the income. If you were an employee, you should receive the W-2 by mail in January or February following the year when you worked there; if you do not, then call the IRS for assistance and to obtain a substitute form.

All W-2's must be postmarked no latter than Jan 30. If you get them earlier your employer is helping you out.

They won't go out until January. They have until January 31st to get them mailed out.
