They have all agreed because we believe it's a good deal. I am getting finance by the owner of the house and he has agreed that he doesn't care much who signs, the higher the score the better though (I guess bc he can charge whatever finance charges he wants).

My mom-makes a ton of money, but has a terrible credit score..500ish.

My boyfriend of 3 years-credit score of 630ish but has a minimum wage job and college student.

My dad-terrible fico and lives on SSI.

And myself, I work seasonally and go to school full time. Fico score of 550ish (I've never really had credit).

The house is only 30k and it would be paid off within 2-3 years from my trust fund.

My husband and I are thinking of moving into a different house every six months or so. Completely redoing it in our free time while we live there, then selling it for a profit of hopefully around $30,000 or more. We hope to do this only for 5 years. In the end we hope to have enough money to buy a house for us to live in permanently with cash. And to have another $100,000-$150,000 to invest in other real estate. We have 3 young kids right now. We have done one house remodel before that we only made like $10,000 off of. And one we are in the middle of right now that we hope to make $25,000 to $35,000 off of. Will moving so much be too hard on our family, even if the kids are able to stay at the same school throughout the moves? Is this a reasonable goal and financial plan for us to have?

I work in a medium-sized sales office. Each person is assigned to work for a certain amount of territory sales reps. One of the women who sits near me is always falsifying overtime and saying she did this, that and the other thing. Management doesn't check and she knows she can get away with cheating the company. When we work OT, we are required to e-mail our supervisor but the supervisor never verifies the work with our reps. This woman is constantly falsifying OT because I've seen her time report (by accident). She sits and plays on the Internet and constantly racks up OT for doing nothing! It burns me up inside. Someone once reported another person for doing the same thing and the supervisor told her to mind her own business. Any comments out there on this subject? I look at it this way. What goes around, comes around (old saying) so this woman's dishonesty will eventually catch up with her - maybe not at this job but hopefully the next.

A GREAT Idea is a great beginning. Bill Gates, Michael Dell etc. all started with nothing, but a great idea. Then with a great idea, put they put their personality, determination and shrewdness into work and turned the idea into reality. That is the spirit of entrepreurship.

Do you all have any great business idea?

It's not a coincidence that mergers have occurred in eras of high prices. If, on balance, acquiring companies tend to do well, perhaps it's bec. they've overpaid, perhaps they had the courage to buy when everyone else had the courage to buy. It's no secret that mergers are quiescent when assets are cheap. Why?Because there's no courage to lend, or to borrow, no courage to imagine great things.

PLz help me with this text I have in my book. what's going on?I need to understand this story about mergers.
