i was just wondering, because my dad has recently applied for a job as a facilities project manager at University of Chicago, if he was to get the job, would i be able to automatically get into the university? or at least for free of tuition?

At some colleges, children of employed parents get free tuition. It depends on the college. Most colleges with such programs still require students to meet entrance requirements.

I am familiar with the University of Pittsburgh. They have a free tuition program and entrance requirements.
