How about something simple - like
Home for the Holidays
or
Santas Home away from Home!
or
You will be home for Christmas -
or even something like
Santa Stops Here! Come on Home!
Good luck and let us know what you end up with!
Happy holidays!

I made you a song from the Walking in a winter wonderland: I fixed some of the end lyrics but I did not know the name or address so I hope you like this verison of the one of the most popular christmas songs. The famous Christmas song Winter Wonderland was first published in 1934. The composer was Felix Bernard (1897-1944) and the lyricist was Richard B. Smith
This famous Christmas song "Winter Wonderland " was first published in 1934. The composer was Felix Bernard and the lyricist was Richard B. Smith.
Sleigh bells ring, are you listening,
In the lane by (NAME YOUR Appartment here),
snow is glistening
A beautiful sight,
We're happy tonight in (NAME your appartment here)
Walking in a winter wonderland.
Gone away is the bluebird,
Here to stay is a new bird
He sings a love song,
As we go along by (Put the ADDRESS here
Walking in a (NAME HERE) wonderland.
In the (in the court yard/ pool) we can build a snowman,
Then pretend that he is Parson Brown
He'll say: Are you married?
We'll say: No man,
But you can do the job
When you're in town.
Later on, we'll conspire,
As we dream (of decorating our new home)
by the fire
To face unafraid( with our wonderful appartment mangers name)
The plans that we've made,
Walking in (Appartments name) wonderland.
In the (Playground our children) we can build a snowman,
And pretend that he's a circus clown
We'll have lots of fun with mister snowman,
With all the children at (NAME) in this delightful complex
When it snows, ain't it thrilling,
(we sit with our new friends)
Though your nose gets a chilling
(till inside we all go to fireplaces)
We'll frolic and play, the Eskimo way,
(happy with our new home, we found)
Walking year 'round in a wonderland.

The fact that we have no idea what customers you are looking for, what type of apartment complex you work for, what type of market you are in, and what type of area the complex you are in shows that you really shouldn't listen to what anyone here is saying. The slogans won't hit your target.

you might want to tell us a bit about the complex before asking us to give you a slogan...

I am in advertising and have to tell people this all the time: There's no one size fits all creative anymore. Thinking brand is just thinking specific, custom tailored.
Cutesy-poo promotions isn't where it's at. But if that's what you want, have fun.
