I will move to NY soon and looking for a safe place to live. Anyone has good suggestions? I have a wife, one kid, and my parents to live with me, any good apartment or house or whatever is good for 5 people with less than $1800 rent?

I am getting the quite grand deed notorized. I know that i can get it notorized and recorded on the same day, but what if i get it notorized and dont record it, will the notorization expire. Therefore, in what length of time will i need to record it before the notorization does not work?

I have lived in the same house since I was 9 months old. 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, formal dining room, in door laundry room, large yards. I just inherited a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo. The kitchen is 1/2 size, no dining room, laundry is in the garage. House is too big for 1 person, great for my 2 dogs. The condo has no lawn they can be on with a leash, but the size is good. (Condo's morage is $300.00 more the the house - I can rent the house for more then I can rent condo.)

In an organization run by a board of directors, when is it appropriate to contact the chairman of the board to let him/her know that the executive director is not showing up to work, attending meetings etc.? Or is it better, as an employee of this director, not to get involved and wait for the board to take action on its own?

I'm concerned about both work ethic and how going over my bosses head would reflect on me as an employee.

At the same time, this chronic bad behavior is reflecting negatively on the organization and is not providing staff with the necessary leadership to do its job effectively.

Im working on a school projects, doing cash flow projections for two years for a small clothing company. I have an extreme commitment issue with pretty much everything, from friends to boyfreinds to school. After awhile of being in the saem place, even if i am doing very well there... I feel like it shouldnt last, and things need to be different, I feel like , happy or not, I am bing held back and there is so much i want to do in the world.
