My husbands drivers liscence has expired and the bank won't let him cash his check. Is there anyway he can sign it over to me, without him having to show his ID?

Usually, he can just sign the back of it and give it to you. Sometimes the tellers will give you a hard timecashing something that is not addressed to you, but if you can deposit the check through a machine the funds will be available as long as it clears. Hope this hepls.

What you need to do is put your husband on your account with a banking specialist at the bank and they will need other pieces then he will be able to cash his check without any problems.

If he has multiple forms of Id, they shouldn't prevent him from cashing a check. Only his license expired, not him. Sounds strange.

Have him sign it "pay to the order of Your name" You also sign it too.

Depends on the bank... Most banks no longer accept third party checks.

Have your husband sign his name on the back of the check, then "payable to ______________________".
