Any suggestions of were to find them cheaper. The podiatrist price is $50, i am unable to pay that much especially since my son is only 3 years old. It runs in the family, I am still pigeon toed. The doctor suggested crossing legs and inserts. Because it's genetic crossing legs will help temporary. I need to find these "global tech" insoles/inserts for lesser than $50.

We considered my son pigeon-toed when he was that age, and until he was 7 or 8. The only corrective action we ever took was to ask him not to sit on his feet (knees forward, feet back, toes pointed inward), because the pediatrician suggested that sitting that way might make it worse.

For whatever reason, in our son's case the problem seemed to go away. He is now 19 and is not pigeon-toed. Even when he appeared to have the condition, it did not appear to affect his play or his ability to participate in sports.

That's not a medical answer, but I thought this anecdote might be encouraging to you.
Good luck!

had the same problem with my daughter. all we did is put her shoes on the wrong feet.we kept them on all day only off at bed and bath time. doctor recommended and it worked.took about a year.she was almost 3 at the time. with bones and joints still growing it made the change of her feet go easy on her. and it does the same as the corrective shoes. lust make sure you buy good shoes with goo support. we used tennis shoes.
