I will move to NY soon and looking for a safe place to live. Anyone has good suggestions? I have a wife, one kid, and my parents to live with me, any good apartment or house or whatever is good for 5 people with less than $1800 rent?

I will work in Manhattan, so less than one hour transportation to manhattan would be great!!!
