Can some one help me, Im doing cashflow projections on exel and I cant use it to well.?

Im working on a school projects, doing cash flow projections for two years for a small clothing company. I keep seeing four little black dots in the cells , what does that mean, What is it trying to tell me. if anyone can take a look at it and tell me what you think is wrong and help me fix it. keep in mind this is just a school project. I'll be greatful for your help.
