I recive only 603.00 per mo. I know there has got to be some kind of program out there. If anyone knows please tell me or help me.. Bad credit and all,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

$603 per month, in my area, does not even cover the utilities and groceries WITHOUT the house payment.
It is possible to get into some of the goverment programs (believe it or not, the agricultural division has a program if you are planning to buy in a community of less than 10K population) They subsidize the interest rate and you can get into a home with zero down and a 1 or 2% interest rate.
But you wouldn't even be able to cover your own property taxes and home owners insurance.
However "BAD CREDIT" is a red flag for any government program-- most want to see you are responsible, just poor.

Does not look posssible...You would have to pay utilities, taxes and maintenance.....Nothing left for grocerices, clothing, gas...
With 10 percent down on that 85000 dollar house and good mortgage locked in for a reallpy long time you could get one for around 400 dollars a month... but can you live on 200 a month...

Go online and search things such as how to improve your credit score. Spelling correctly will help too, just a thought.

build you credit score up BIG TIME it will help you with interest rates and loan repayment ammounts when you decide to buy.
