My husband and I just refinanced our home and paid off all open loans (both cars and all credit cards). Our only obligation is now our house payment. I would imagine that our credit scores will improve pretty soon, but some people say it will be at least a year until that will show up. Anyone know for sure?

Let's say I have a thousand dollars...how much would I have in Paris?
I'm graduating soon and really want to move there..my best friend has been going back and forth between here and France her entire life and I've never had a chance to go with her.So, now I decided if I'm going,I'm staying. The biggest problem is finding a job for the person coming with me.So if you have any info on construction jobs there it would be a lot of help.
Love always,Katie

I have got 5 credit cards all with high monthly payments I need one loan to pay off these debts and nobody will help.

I am a council tenant, self employed cash in hand with only commission slips to prove my income. My working tax gets paid into my bank account so I have bank statements just showing my tax credits. On all these cards I pay every month and never missed a payment ( Why dont they take this into account). I would never miss a loan payment as it would be direct debit I just need to reduce my monthly payments Does anyone know a sympathetic lender that will help me. Without going through debt management agency?

I go to all these companies that say they can help and they all say no, what am I to do?

Thank you

Debbie

Intro: Im the Grantor and my mother is the Grantee.

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD all of the above described property together with all the rights, privileges, appurtenances, and improvements thereunto belonging unto the GRANTEE, during her lifetime with a remainder to the Grantor.

Notice: The word "together" in (TO HAVE AND TO HOLD all of the above described property [[[[ together ]]]]] with all the rights, privileges, appurtenances, and improvements thereunto belonging unto the GRANTEE, during her lifetime with a remainder to the Grantor.

*** Does this mean that even though I have given my mother life estate that I share the same rights she does in regard to the property???

They have recently put me in a management position since our office manager left, and they do not intend on replacing her. I have assumed all her duties, am supervising a temp, and open/close every day. My husband says you should never go over your boss' head, but I feel that my boss has dropped the ball. Two weeks is too long to be notified if you received a raise or not. What should I do?

I have a friend that is moving in with me and I have no clue what to set the rent as for her to pay me.

As this is her decision and is completly ok with every situation.

I live in a two bedroom house with me and my daughter. So when she moves in, she will either be sleeping on my couch or sharing my bed with me.

Considering that she will not have her own room is something I've come to be a problem with what I should charge her.

I can't let her stay for free considering certain bills will raise, but like I said the situation with not having a bedroom is ok with her.

Now my daughter is only 6 years old so that in consideration, should everything be split 1/3 to her or what..

Please help, I have no clue..

I'm asking this question for my mom because she's paranoid about depositing a check that is written out to my dad, but he died 2 years ago. It's a deposit from AT&T because I have recently switched phone companies and my mom never switched the name because the phone company kept saying it didn't matter as long as someone paid the bill.

Are they responsible for the good faith estimate and truth in housing documents? If so, when are they to be provided? What other documents should they be providing?

Our broker asked us to prepay the appraisal. My experience has been it normally is paid when the loan closes? Is it typical to pay for it upfront?

Also, I have heard that a broker cannot legally provide a pre-approval letter that it must come directly from the lender. Is this correct?
