BQ: Great list and good looking out on 56, 22, 72, and 33. Some of these rappers and albums I've never even seen mentioned before by people on y/a Nappy Roots, K-Rino, Face Mob, and 33 Get ya Mind Correct is some of Paul Wall and Chamillionaire's best work before they got signed to the majors. I love 22 not many people know about Mojoe Classic Ghetto Soul or the group Mojoe, not even the people in my hometown know about how great this duo is and there from here if they were to blow up they'd be the southern version of Slum Village. BQ2: I've heard about 42 of these albums. Like someone else said you should of put some Z-Ro in there his discography is long and he has some really good underground southern albums, also E.S.G Ocean of Funk is a classic southern album.

Yes but what is the attorney only put 1 minute for their time (i.e. Reviewed file). What on earth. It just doesn't seem ethical to bill for the 15 minute / .25 of time.

Attorneys and consultants bill in quarter-hour segments, regardless of the actual time.
In other words, if you end a conversation after 2 hours and 46 minutes, you will be billed for 2.75 hours; likewise, if you talked for 1hour 29 minutes, you would (should) be billed for 1.25 hours.

You are billing in 15 minute increments. You'll need to round up OR down, according to your averages.
