Feet flat on the floor, palms showing (an indication of honesty), lean slightly forward (indicates interest), smile, keep eye contact (not constantly obviously as that could be perceived as threatening) and nod when the interviewer talks (again - don't over do it!). Good luck!

what do you want to be a passive or a assertive .
quick tips only sit down when asked too as you could invade there space never fold arms . when you meet the hand shake should be short say 2/3 shakes . the person may try and grip your hand strongly as a sign of dominance don't retaliate just make eye contact . when in interview sit up right and only lean forward when asked a leading question or answering a question ,this again can mean you are inviting your self into there space and not threatening them . make eye contact when answering and asking questions this shows a sign of honesty .again when you ask a question and they look away when they answer this as a fair pointer and means they are hiding something .a good one is open hands when you talk to them as They should do to this to you also its a good sign you or they are not hiding anything . if the interviewer or interviewee leans back its a sure sign of no interest or if they do it to you it can mean they are switching of you . best bet be sharp be punctual make a opening question about say the weather or your journey after introduction if answer is short they mean business if a laboured they will need some coaxing and wait for response one final peace of advise if they ask how you are say I'm am fantastic thank you as this means you are positive and you should get a positive answer back .

Always appear relaxed and confident.

Arm crossing is considered to be a negative response. Try not to grip the arms of the chair (if there are arms). It makes you look too nervous. It does not hurt to tell the interviewer that you are nervous because sometimes that will help you relax. Remember, they may be nervous too. Keep your posture erect and maintain a pleasant look on your face.

Be sure to ask questions and well as answer them. It will show the interviewer that you have intelligence.

Do not cross arms or legs as this creates a barrier between you & the interviewer. Make eye contact at all times. Dont be afraid to pause for thought when asked a question as this shows that you are a good thinker!!!!!

Everybody uses body language, but it takes place mostly at a subconscious level. Through becoming more aware of your own body language, but also through recognising the body language of others, you can definitely increase your chances of getting the job.

Avoid hostile body language such as crossed arms or not making eye contact ...

perhaps work on english first? was that a sample of your normal spelling ability? if it is and you are going for any other than a menial post then your chances, whatever your body language, are not high. otherwise i suggest confident but not aggressive. good luck out there.
