You are a little vague, so I don't know how to answer. Is he spreading rumors and stabbing you in the back, or just a loud nuisance?
I'm assuming that he is just getting on your nerves. Perhaps you can just avoid him as much as possible.

if he doesn't have some connection to your boss and start by confronting him, if that doesn't work, tell your boss
