The plot is not BIA Approved yet but is DC (District Commisioner)approved and the land was bought by the dealer from villagers .So I hope we are not getting ripped off thats why I am worried.So can anyone tell what more details should I take from the Dealer Regarding the plot.

It'll depend on what you want to use the plot for. If you're going to make it a parking lot, it might be great.

Likewise, if you have some commercial use for it, it might be ok too.

However for residential use, you'll definitely want to consider how close to flight path the property is.

A good way to tell how good/bad of a deal you got is to check with some realtors in the area and see what other similar plots are selling for.

If your plot will be under the flight path of the takeoffs and landing, you will not be a happy person.
