I live in the U.S. i found out about what they are building in Dubai. I think it's amazing.... I would like to know if it would be a good idea to buy property at the Palm island as investment and how to go about it.

and i also did not include a PO number????/?? what happened was i was placing an order online and as i was doing so i mistakenly selected to pay by purchase order instead of a credit card. well realizing my error i quickly placed another order with my correct credit card info. however five mins later, i got an email saying that i had placed an order n paid with a purchase order......my ? is...will the goods be shipped at all since... (read the above).thanks

Of course I'm talking about getting my revenge AFTER I quit the job. To make a long story short, I caught him in a lie that got back to me, because the lie invovled one of my family members! Ever notice how quick your boss is to point out something you did wrong, but it's taboo to call them out for their fault? What type of revenge would be nice?

I have to buy new steel toe boots for work in refineries. Is this deductable and how do I go about making it tax deductable if it is? While I am at it, would it be in my best interest to buy some tools for the job? What if they might not be used on the job too much? If I can make it look like that, it wouldn't matter would it?

Write offs are a very new thing for me. I am making plenty at the refinery gig, so I lots of federal withholding on my taxes. I am basically asking: how can I get this back?

Where can I get a sub contracting license? I am working for a contractor and I need a sub contractor license. I am not sure where to go or what to put on it to do what I do. I build houses, frame work, setting windows and doors, almost everything. So what would be the easiest to get and how do I go about getting them? I'm almost finished with my business plan and it's a pretty complete one. I have all of overhead expenses, cost of production, break-even volume all figued out, all I need now is the distribution strategy to complete. Once it's there, with who do I need to speak with and are most investors usually willing to let the designer work from a seperate location? I'm in Detroit. Not an easy zone to get work from, but my ears are open to any advise. Thanx!

I had severe black mold in my condomium. According to the HomeOwner Association's contract, they are responsible for the copper pipe problems. Well, it has been about 3 months, since I lived there, and they are still fixing. Does the HomeOwner Association responsible for reimbursing me for not being able to live in my place, I still have to pay the monthly mortgage, homeowner's association fee, electric bill, telephone bill and so on. What are my rights?

My father and I are having a hard time with this issue, but he is charging me $150 rent and i think thats too much because i'm never there, i'm always hanging out with friends or at work, (more at work than anything) but anyway, he said that it pays for all the things that i use, i don't ever eat there and when i do i'm making history, i use the water every morning to shower, and electrical to do my hair. Most of the time when i am there i'm sleeping. I have never asked him for money since i've had a job and before that i didn't for awhile because i didn't really have anything to pay for. It would be one thing if i sat around and did nothing and didn't have a job at all but thats not the case! I'm not opposed to paying rent because i am 19 and it would be time to take on larger responsibilities but i don't think that i'm using $150 worth of things. Tell me what ya'll think.

My boss starts talking to me when she's 30 feet away-- she doesn't care if I'm on the phone or doing something else, or even on a break away from my desk. I have tried showing her that I was in the middle of something, or holding my finger up to say "just a minute..." but nothing works. I know someone who did my job before me got fired for her "lack of respect"- and this was something that bothered my boss. I view her interuptions as a politeness/manners thing, but I think she sees it as a respect/autority thing. I've tried ignoring it and to see it as my problem, but I was raised to never interupt people, but the one person I trust at work told me her habits bother *lots* of people. Should I risk it and say something?

Its for a small business venture. It would allow me to pay off debt in short time even at high interest rate. (Or am I just dreaming? Ok...so I understand how interior design has alot to do with architecture...but does it also include interior DECORATING?? or in other words, does it include the entire look of the room when you walk in it (minus the shape of the room/architecture)? does this make sense??? if not let me know and i will add more...
