My gross annual salry is 30,000 GBP and I am planing to apply for mortgage, I can put 10% deposit as well and I dont have any loan or credit card commitment with me. But the maximum some banks ar ewilling to offer me for mortgaeg is 135,000 with that I cannot buy even a studio in Lonodn. Although Halifax give 5 time of salry but not in my case as they say that I dont have any credit history because I never took a loan so my credit history is not built . I want to have at least 5 times of my salry if someone know which bank or housing society can give e 5 times with reasonable interest rate. I talked to some mortgage brokers but the intereet rates they offer are very high.

My boss has just written me a bad reference as he wants me to stay, my other refs were very good so i may still get the job and he has just given me a passing shot so to speak. All i want to do is smash his face with a cricket bat as we see each other outside work quite alot socialy and i regarded him as a friend. Any ideas execpt violence as he is the type to go to the law? he is on holiday untill next monday so i have so time to plan but i am blinded by rage, help!

I am currently enrolled online at Capella University studying social and community services. My undergrad degree is in business administration. I really don't know what I can do with a degree in Business Administration and Social Service jobs don't pay well. What should I do? I can't find a job with my current degree and it is really taking a toll on me and my marriage. I work for a dentist who didn't flat out refuse to pay for the employees Hepatitis B vaccines/boosters, but he did make the comment that he expected us all to have this taken care of before mid November. When I responded that money was really tight right now before Christmas, especially with my husband out on medical leave for 10 weeks, and could we find a really cheap place, he responded " You know, you need this for your JOB. And if you don't have this job, you wouldn't be having much of a Christmas anyways, so I would think that this would be pretty important to take care of, wouldn't you?"

After checking with some others in the medical field, including other doctors, I was told that there is an OSHA law that required employers to provide this shot free of charge to any employee who is exposed to human blood, fluids, or waste. This would obviously include me and my co-workers.
Does anyone know about this law and could help me get the info?
