I make beautiful intricate hand-beaded jewellery as a hobby. How can I translate this into an income while studying at University in the US? Do you think an internet business would work for me? And what would be a good structure for such a business? Just trying to get ideas here. The broke student gig isn’t going to work for me for the remaining years.
(P.S. I’m not a US resident so I can’t get a job off campus. I need to be creative but legal here.)

Me and my boyfriend are almost finished with school, and we plan on moving out soon, I'm going to to be a liscensed Dental Hygienist and he's getting a major in psychology. The average of our incoming salary will be about 141,000 dollars a year between the two of us. And I'm expecting, will that be enough money for us to live comfortably? What is the average salary in the U.S?

I moved into my apt and set up my utilities. When I didn't get my electric bill I called a 2nd time and they said there was someone else in my building registered to my apt no and paying that bill. I find out that they have differ apt no's than how they are listed at the building. They realized there was a prob and keep sending notices asking "the resident at....(apt not paying electric...i.e....me)" to fill out paperwrk stating when they started their lease (which was 10 mnths ago) My neighbor upstairs wrote 2 notes to me letting me know that, here- this is your bill even tho your names not on it and it may not have the same apt no listed as whats on your lease but this is your bill.

Now I want to make things right but I am scared that they are gonna try to backcharge me from the past 10 mnths and I cannot afford that. What should I do?

Ok as you read this keep in mind I have a great full time job which allows me to attend college and have time to attend my childrens activities. Ballet, baseball etc. I am doing all the things needs to better my life and the lives of my children but this year things are a little tight financially and working full time and going to school doesn't give me the option of getting a part time job outside of the home.

So with the holidays coming I am looking to earn some extra money perferrably while working on it at home. I have access to the internet at home. I am a single mother of two and would like to make some extra money before the holidays any suggestions will be welcome. I know there are alot of scams out there and I can't afford to spend any money out of my pocket to make more so please only offer real advise no scams.

I fired a member of my sales staff recently after finding out that he had been falsely signing sales agreements on behalf of different companies and individuals over a period of 3 months. During this period I have paid him a salary, expenses, CPF and given him a company vehicle. So far he has cost my company a total of about 15,000 Singapore dollars and brought in 20. I am investigating the extent of the fraud and withholding his last week of salary until I have concluded how many non existent deals have been signed and deciding whether to proceed with a criminal case against him.
He has told me by law I have to pay him any outstanding monies within 3 days of his termination letter irrelevant of the fraud which he of course denies. I have already gathered a lot of evidence which proves his guilt without any doubt and have a watertight case against him. By law do I have to pay him in three days as he is telling me?

Ok, I'm having major problems with this program; I'm at a new job, and the invoices are due to be sent out in a few days. When I go to invoices, in the top left corner, that form pops up, and there is the scrolling selection box where all the customer jobs are listed. So let's say I click on that, and I select Adventure Sports. It won't pull up that account with the recent changes I've put in. It pulls up a blank invoice with the name "Adventure Sports." If I want to access the changes I've made to Adventure Sports' invoice, I have to use the previous button and scroll back. Does this make sense to anyone? What is going on? THANKS!!!

I purchased a house for $134k on November 24 2004. I have refinanced and taken out equity loans on the house totalling $207k. I am selling my house for what I owe ($207K). Since it is under 2 years do I have to pay Capital Gains Tax? If so, will I still have to pay it if I wait until November 24th of this year to close? I have already purchased a new house and have been living in it for 6 months.

We are considering refinancing, because we must. Should we do it now at 6%, or should we wait until the beginning of the year? Trends show a drop is more common in January and it will be after the elections which can also contribute to rate changes. I just hate to lock in now, and have it go lower in two months...what do you think?
