I watch my friends 2yr old 5 days week 10 hrs or more a day..she pays me $80.00 a week for this and deducts for days she misses and holidays. The average daycare around here is between $105 to $120 a week. So recently I told her in couple weeks I was gonna change it to $90 a week and that she would have to pay whether or not she comes or if there was a holiday. And her reaction to this was "Well if I have to pay every week then I want to claim this on my taxes so I get a deduction." So I would like to know what I would have to pay on my taxes to do this?...or how do I file this the end of the year and what do I have to do? And more importantly is it worth watching her anymore?? Thanks

Most of my work experience has been customer service, credit control and administration. One of the reasons why I want to become a tax adviser is because I enjoy working with figures and there are lots of opportunities such as becoming a self employed tax adviser, etc. However, the obstacle that I can see is that my academic qualifications are not that good & usually employers these days require applicants to have at least a 2.1 in their degree. My age is another problem.

Please advise how I can overcome these problems & if there are any other careers that I can pursue which do nor require such high academic achievements.

Thanks

Manjinder

I, will need to complete schedule 1040 A, for the IRS. The documents that I, have are either lost, misplace or not available at this time to verify my current deduction for the year 2000. The IRs want me to submitt this document in order to determine if I, owe back taxes for this year.

I have started a business ias a sole trader, someone else put half the money up, but hasnt declared it. When i do my accounting i am going to have her lot of money going into no where, & no proof for the tax man, I would be very grateful if someone could help me out by giving me a few hints & tips on preparing a loan agreement, or even doing one for me. I would have to put in that she needs 50% of the takings from now until foreseable future. so i have got something to show the tax man when he asks where the 50% is going?????

I have been a stay at home mom for 5 years. Now that my daughter is in school, I want to start working again.

When potential employers see my resume, they see I have been out of work for 5 years and I believe that to be why I don't get a call back.

How do I get around this so I can work again or at least get a call back?
