I need about 10 new clients to sign up for IT Support contracts...what's the fastest and best way to get them?

Targeting SMB's in manufacturing. The packages are basically for a virtual IT team, 1/2 day per week on-site, the rest is remote management.

i run a computer repair and network admin business out of my home. it was a tough start but kept at it and am doing well now.
i must have worn out 1 pair of shoes for every client i have knocking on doors and showing my face to anyone and everyone that has a computer in town.
if you look after the clients you have well, they will tell others. ask if you could leave business cards with them. sometimes an emergency will come up with one of their friends business and you can get a referral.
i found that working hard with what you have and word of mouth is the best and fastest way to get more clients.

Find a way to make (your?) program break in their production cycle. Make them think it was their own fault, and your IT support could have quickly saved them!
