I wanted to ask a question. we were told to chose a b2c website and prepare a report for the company which details and weaknesses or problems within the site and its operations? what am I looking for when I am evaluting the site, I need some kind of outline because I am lost. Thankyou

1) See how quickly the website opens.
2) See if there are any broken links
3) How clear is the navigation?
4) Can you find what you want?
5) Check for guarantees and returns policies?
6) Does the overall appearance of the site please you?

Basically, be a consumer and put it through its paces.
