I always advise this as the best route to go for someone who wants the most control and the cheapest (self-run) system out there.
Joomla >>> if you want to just deal directly with your customers through an informational portal.
OsCommerce >>> if you want to have a plug and play shopping cart with payment and all the goodies...
These are both free software to download. They are both fairly easy to install (or you can contact me to do the work for you as I am in the business). And they both have tremendous support that you can rely on to pull you through some of the difficult stuff.
Most people shy away from these types of systems due to their lack of technical knowledge but if you're not afraid to get your hands dirty and learn a little, these are definately two routes to consider.

the words must be reported contained in the GNU / GPL licence precisely what you could and cant do, non commrcial is often non income corporation and so on. i do not imagine there's a Joomla website accessible with a loose template that dont make money though strong success
