work in a company as opposed to having your own business?
some people like ready-made structure, no responsiiblity with regard to keeping track of figures or direction the company is going in, ready made benefits and health insurance, advancement, increases in pay based on performance (so that gives incentive), etc. and all they have to do is show up and do the job.

having higher salary...(main point)
easier to sicial with others and have a chance to get to a higher position than u working at any other place....
