I just upgraded to IE 7, and I don't know if I have ever seen the streaming option in that browser.

This happens to me too sometimes. Usually I just need to either refresh the page, or log out and log in again.

If I've got the charts on from the prior day, it doesn't always recognize that a new day has started.

And if rebooting doesn't work, then I think a call to their tech dept is in order!
