Should a consultant charge a sales tax for consulting services rendered and pay to the state?

I have tried and served her a 3 day notice and asked her to move out, but she says I will not move out till the month end (NOV), what can I do to get out soon, so that I may get new renters.

Im involved with a martial arts that does not have public indemnity insurance because its never been properly created as an organisation. The martial arts is reletivly new to Australia......can someone point me in the right direction?

And made it out? If so how? I have been tring, and offered to pay countrywide all the back payments, less the legal fees. Put the legal fees on the balance and they refused. Gave them $7500 now behind $5000. what should I do. Please don't judge me, as you do not know my situation.

right now i on work-comp in ill. I will see doctor tuesday with the chance of him sending me back to work. I am at the point with accurances at work that the accurance I got for reporting my injury will take to a decision day witch is a day to think about if you really want this job or not. anyway one more accurance and I will be let go , this I feel will happen real shortly because I caused the company to loose there safe hours by having a medical, going to the doctor, and the doctor taking me out of work. Please help, I really need a job, but do not feel that I should have to deal with this kind of stuff, because I work for a big company and can not aford to fight them.

My husband was unaware that, for one semester, the school withdrew his financial aid. They failed to notify him until the semester was over. He was unable to pay out of pocket for the tuition and the debt was sent to collections. The collector is now suing him. We were thinking to file bankruptcy because we can't afford to pay, but can a bankruptcy wipe out this debt? It wasn't a student loan, it was just a debt to the school.

I completed a drug test and background test from my propective employer, but i used my brothers social security number because of problems with the law in the past. Everything came back fine...now I'm going to fill out the "I-9" form for tax reasons. But since my brothers social is similar to mine's, only difference is the last 2 digits, I will change the social on the I-9 form to mines. Question? Will this go okay? Will human Resources find out the difference? Will Human Resources recieve the I-9 form or will it be kept in the store. I'm a Retail Store Manager....Human Resource individuals may answer.

I tried prosper and no responses, Are there any lenders who take chances on bad credit after bankruptcy, I just got another job but a loan would speed things up for me otherwise I guess I have to do it the long way.I don't mind high interest,don't own a home and don't want to consolidate,I just need a boost to pay off some bills. I just moved with this guy who left after 2 months and stuck me with everything to pay on my own and I have 2 teens. I learned I trusted the wrong man to make that move with. Any advice would help I want 5000. If not I did get another job so I do have a plan to salvage my situation.

Currently I am in the process of establishment so I want to minimize my costs. I do not have exact idea about the rules so I request the person who knows about it. I am not in position to pay heavy costs for Commodity Futures Market Data. I want to feed it into my database manually and then develop a technical analysis software that will take End of Day Data from my database. I want to make available that application/technical analysis software to general public free of cost.

Anybody knows that can I establish my own database like this and then make it available to general public for use for free?
That Java application will be emeded into my web site and SQL Sever will act as the backend tool to keep the full data.
