I am at the point with accurances at work that the accurance I got for reporting my injury will take to a decision day witch is a day to think about if you really want this job or not. anyway one more accurance and I will be let go , this I feel will happen real shortly because I caused the company to loose there safe hours by having a medical, going to the doctor, and the doctor taking me out of work. Please help, I really need a job, but do not feel that I should have to deal with this kind of stuff, because I work for a big company and can not aford to fight them.
Thank You

First suggestion -- talk to a compensation lawyer!

Second if your doctor feels you are able to return to work, return to work.

Third, do not discuss your medical issues with ANYONE at work.

Fourth, the insurance company is not there for YOU, they are there for your employer... their only goal is to get you off of compensation and back to work as soon as possible.

Fifth, only you can decide if you want your job back, no one else...

Good Luck!

If you don't have one, get a workman comp lawyer. They usually will work for a percentage of the money that they can get for you. It has been my experience (thru friends and family) that any company and workman's comp is not your friend. It is also been my experience that the company does not have to take you back until you can perform your regular duties, they can't fire you, but they don't have to give you light duty either. Get the attorney and protect yourself.
