Can you open the same kind of business after claiming bankruptcy ?

Will the state let you open another business of the same kind after claiming bankruptcy 2 years ago (same kind of business)?

Yes.... just saw this on TV last month. The owner of American Apparel went bankrupt and opened another clothing business again. Next time he tweaked it alittle and now has a successful business.

Open a business, yes. Get a business loan, not likely.
