Im not sure what your asking but i live in a resort area near the ocean. Hotels and motels go down in price during the off season. Its also better because you can get a seat at the bar or a seat at the local restaurant. No waiting and thats a plus. Everything is cheaper and theres alot less traffic to deal with. Parking is also a good thing in the fall. You dont even have to pay for parking meters. If your coming in the summer be prepared to pay! Bring lots of money, lol.

Your question is not clear. If you mean Coastal Vacations where you have to invest money to make money check for scam. I have heard nothing good about it.
