We are both college students. I am 20, he is 21. We both have good credit for people our age. I have about 27k to my name, he has about 45k. what we want to know is what is the best way to buy this house? We are not gonna live there, we want to rent it out and fix it up a bit. Should we get a 0 money down or should we pay a downpayment? We are new at this. Thanks!

I live in the US and would like to open a savings account to have some emergency money set aside, but I was wondering whether it is possible to open an online account denominated in euros rather than dollars. The purpose is to earn interest while simultaneously benefitting from weakness in the dollar.

I love helping people with their problems, giving advice, and learning about other cultures, and languages. I want to double major with a degree that would be worthwhile to my goals, along with a degree in german and a minor in spanish. Any suggestions?

The man in charge of hiring me this year for my position came in and said, "I've recieved several emails about how much of a joy you are, and how you do a great job here!." I go, "Wow, thank you! That makes my day better. I told you I wouldn't let you down." And he goes, "Nope, you are not letting me down."

Score one for me. I knew I would be amazing at this job!!
I just wanted to brag a little! Comment, 2 points for you! Maybe 10 with the kindest words :)

P.s. I'm a school librarian.

For example I went to interview yesterday for Bacardi Inc. in Miami Fl to interview for a position of accounts payable coordinator and according to the manager there they tell me I am not capable of performing the position by not hiring me. I have been an accounts payable supervisor for a fortune 500 company but I cant perform a job under what I am used to doing. Can anyone tell me if there is some kind of bias in this selection or is it just me and I am right in that companies here in Miami FL don't care about hiring candidates with degrees and prefer cheaper labor for the accounts payable position by hiring non degree candidates.

I purchased my home from the previous owner on contract. I would like this information to show up on my credit report. I believe that a mortgage with 22 months of on-time payments will improve my credit score. Is there a way for the person I have the contract with to report this information to the credit bureaus?

I'm curious about what I can do to save money for my children's college. What can my financial institution provide me with? CD's, seperate accounts that can earn interest. I don't know what else there is if there is any and I also don't know too much about how these sort of things work. If any one can give me some info, I'd greatly appreciate it.
