I love helping people with their problems, giving advice, and learning about other cultures, and languages. I want to double major with a degree that would be worthwhile to my goals, along with a degree in german and a minor in spanish. Any suggestions?

International business, Hospitality (hotels/cruise ships), Airlines, piloting. While studying Languages, immerse yourself with radio, tv, video and music from countries that have that language. Check out http://german.FM .
You might also be interested in the World Health Organization, but they don't have that big of a staff...

Pharmaceutical Representatives. They can pay very well and meet very exciting individuals. It's a pain in the you-know-what, when you have to cold call doctors but a lot of them are very receptive to free samples and meds.
You also get a bunch of money to provide free lunches and could write off a bunch of stuff on your taxes because of the position.

Join the Peace Corps or work with UNICEF... After that experience you can get higher administrative positions with those agencies.. Good luck!
