If i decided to pull out of the union, the money that was going to the union would then go to a nonprofit organization. I do not want to do this. Shouldn't I be entitled to get my money that i earned that i need? How can a company tell you where to spend your money?

I haven't filed my personal tax returns for the past 4 years...I own a small business and have recently been divorced. I need help..am unable to sleep at night from worrying about this. Do I contact a tax attorney or someone with the IRS first? Haven't received any correspondence from the IRS, but am just waiting and worrying! Please don't tell me what a stupid choice I have made...already beating myself up daily. Just want to resolve this issue and move on. Thank you!!!

Ok here is the thing. I am a 3/4 student I take 9 units at a community college each semester and I do get aid for that. However my personal finances and recently become strapped do to people owning me money I am unable to collect and a recently unexpected move. In order to make this horrible move I has to use one of those Advance America things I know it will be hard to get out of that being that I live pay check to pay check as it is. I thought about getting a student loan to pay off some bills but I have poor credit. Any suggestions that might help me get back in the PLUS! If loans are a possiblity could you recommend a loan company that might approve it.

I have been attending several AA meetings for three months now and have been going to the counseling center on a regular basis to sober up. I've always been volunteering at Salvation Army to keep myself busy. Would reference letters from the AA, the counseling center, and the Salvation Army be sufficient enough to get my job back at Home Depot?
An Associate found using, selling or possessing illegal drugs or alcoholic beverages is subject to immediate termination, but with my reference letters will they hire me back?
