Bacolod Call Centers?

Hi! I am planning to work in Bacolod City, Philippines particulary for a call center.

I would like to ask if how much is the pay for newly hired employees. for the companies already operating there.

Call center starting salary rates in the Philippines start at P15,000 - P20,000 though I would assume that this is the rate for Manila. It may be slightly lower in the provinces including Bacolod
