If i decided to pull out of the union, the money that was going to the union would then go to a nonprofit organization. I do not want to do this. Shouldn't I be entitled to get my money that i earned that i need? How can a company tell you where to spend your money?

Most unions have this and it is called Fair Share. If you do not participate in the Union, you must pay a Fair Share which is an equal share to a charity or other orginization.
