How much experience do you have? What area of the country are you in? What is expected of you? Cooking? All of these mitigate what you charge. In Wisconsin, it is about 4-5/hr, but again, that is dependent on other incidentals...

I would say charge $12.00/hr with a full days work. Request that you get paid in cash and also state you would work a minimum of 9 hours so you can make $100.00 for your efforts. Also request that they give you benefits like stock options and money towards your retirement fund

maybe 6 per hour

ohhhh it extra powerful be rather worth it sluggish. i recommend i like lovable sons and daughters that are respectful, yet while u rowdy and annoying little ones to video exhibit over, i would not take the activity, yet while u can cope with it i say 10 greenbacks an hour, considering its purely 5 hours
