I work for a new billing company that has just taken on insurance billing for a pulmonologist. I have done billing for ambulance services, MRI facilities and Radiologist but not for this type of doc. Does anyone know what type of info if any needs to be sent with the insurance claim??? We are based in Kansas.

the home 2 doors down from me just sold for less than the amount I owe on my mine..and our homes are almost exactly alike..4 other homes on my block have for sale signs and 2 of them lowered their asking prices....can I just leave the house and give it back to my bank....?

My husband got a letter in the mail saying he owed $400 to them. When he called to ask what for they said he had a jc penny card 20 yrs ago and that they just bought the company or the debt from the company and if he didn't pay them it would go on his credit report. We assume this debt was already on his credit report for 7 yrs and then dropped off. It doesn't seem fair that the same debt can go on the credit report for another 7 yrs. We're a paycheck to paycheck family and we don't have $400 bucks to just send away to every person that sends us a letter. How do we know these people are for real? This is 20 yrs old, he doesn't even remember this. Is that legal to put it on his credit report again?

A Bangladeshi movie theater which is the only one pioneer for using state of the art technolgies in Bangladesh. This theater has three halls those have 600 seating capacity per hall. The theater is situated in a large shopping mall at the central point of the capital city. People have the interest to visit the shopping mall as well as they are intented to watch movies if those are attractive for them. How this theater can improve its sales. Im a physician making $200,000 a yr. I hate it. I want try to get into advertising. I'll probably have to start at $32,000 and in 10 yrs could be making about $65,000. If Im good at it I could make up to $90,000 and maybe even six-figure. Should I switch. I know advertising is much more volatile and less stable than medicine is, not to mention less pay, but I hate being a doctor. I was never really into science anyway ( My parents pushed me into this career).

Should I go for it or should I just be quiet and be happy where i am?

I'm currently at the tender age where I need to decide what to do with my life and eventually I narrowed it down to three careers I would like to pursue and within those there are even more things to look at. It's either going to be...

1. Video Game Designer
2. Cartoonist
3. Writer

And within each of those is whole set of other questions to consider (if I'm going to be a writer what books would I want to write? If I'm a Game Designer should I be a Programmer or Level Designer?). And now I'm all confused and sick to my stomach...

All of my friends have met with a career adviser from their schools but because I was home schooled I lacked that event in my life. So where would I go to get advice? I'm tired of everyone I know saying, "Oh, why don't you do all three?"

P.S. Please don't mock any spelling or grammar -_-... Whenever someone hears I want to be a writer it's the first thing they do and I already have an editor who does all the mocking I can handle.

I had a relationship with a third party employee on the job. I broke off the relationship and she threated bodily harm to me and my girlfriend.I went to my superintendant and told him the situation and asked if he could transfer me to another rig to avoid any complications.He asked me why I didn't tell my supervisor and I told him that my supervisor and I was at odds because I was paid a lower wage for a higher position after taking the place of someone who got injured.They said that they will call me back.I did not hear from them for almost two weeks, I had to call them and it was the day before I had to go back to work.I left messages for them to call me back.When they called me, they told me that they had to terminate me because I broke a policy.I call HR and found out that I did not break a policy, but they would not go into detail to why they terminated me.I have sent a letter to them requesting a copy of my employment records and I have received nothing.
