All other things being equal: monetary comp. is in line, but will it grow as your experience does? Have you been there and spoken alone with other's in the firm at asst. mgr. levels? Are you comp'd as much as operations managers? If there is a discrepancy, how large is it? What is the raise structure? Are you signing a 1 year contract or ??? If all of these questions are answered favorably, and to your satisfaction, I would boil it down to : 1)What type of accommodations? Where? Commute distance? Safety? Convenience? Size? Luxury? 2)Car: Mileage on the lease sufficient? "Personal Use" o.k.? 3)Do you LIKE this company? DO you believe in their corporate culture? 4)Have you visited them in Dubai? It's a fantastic city. So multicultural, so, well, everything. I guess it's like any major metropolis at its beginning bursts of growth (New York, London, Hong Kong). I'd love to own an apartment for holidays there, but my wife isn't interested. Good Luck to You!!

It is difficult to get home loan for you not because you are out of India, but because your salary is less,
If you still want then your loan amount is dependant on amount of EMI you can repay i.e. 50% of your Income (30000 Rs)
So I suggest you dont go for home loan at all. Instead Invest heavily in mutual funds/stocks. Buy home When you have decent margin money & good Income. Any way maximum tenure is 20 Years, so you can still wait.
